Monkfish with Salad and Lime Vinaigrette

Monkfish is one of our Favourites, you can cook it in so many different ways, and this recipe is just amazing.


1000 g Salties Monkfish

3 tbsp ground Cumin seeds

2 tbsp ground Coriander seeds

Salt and Pepper

2 tbsp Olive oil

Salad of your choosing

1/3 cup Olive oil

2 lemons, only the Juice

2 tbsp fresh Oregano, chopped

3 Garlic cloves

1 tbsp Chili, deseeded and chopped

Salt and Pepper

First, mix the Olive oil, Cumin, Coriander, Salt and Pepper in a bowl. Then Rub the mix onto the Monkfish. Grill on the BBQ for 3 min on each side, remember, it has 4 sides. Move to the warm rack and cook for 6 more min on one side

To prepare the salad vinaigrette. mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Once ready, serve the vinaigrette in the bowl beside the chopped salad.
