BBQ Curry Cod Loin


There are people that believe that you can’t grill Cod on your Barbecue. Well, its time to put that belief to rest. Try our BBQ Curry Cod Loin and taste the amazing flavours that make this a Crew favourite.

This recipe serves three to four people.


750 g Salties Cod Loins

3 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Curry

1/2 tsp Paprika

2 tbsp fresh Coriander, chopped

Salt and Pepper

Melt and mix the butter and oil together in a pot. Add the curry, paprika, salt and pepper to the Butter blend. Lather the Cod loins with the butter blend, make sure you cover them completely.

Place the loins on the BBQ and grill for 5 min in each side. Lather the fish regularly with the butter blend until cooked.

Spread the Coriander over the fish when it is ready to be serve, and serve it with rice, salad, and plain yoghurt.
